CV. Alrattan is a furniture manufacturing company based in Cirebon, West Java – Indonesia, originally established in 1980 under the name CV. Kusen. The company was founded by the first generation, who became one of the pioneers in rattan furniture exports from Cirebon. Today, it is led by the second generation, bringing a renewed spirit through a more modern and professional management and production system.
As the continuation of a family business that has operated for more than four decades, CV. Alrattan preserves its core values of craftsmanship, extensive production experience, and a strong commitment to quality. At the same time, the company continues to develop its production technology, management systems, and working standards to remain competitive in the global market. The rebranding in 2020 to CV. Alrattan marked an important transformation, aimed at presenting a stronger, more modern, and export-oriented identity.
CV. Alrattan manufactures a wide range of furniture, including natural rattan, synthetic rattan, kubu rattan, wooden furniture, aluminium furniture, and various woven products such as banana and water hyacinth. All rattan and woven furniture is handcrafted by experienced artisans, while selected processes in wooden furniture production are supported by modern machinery to ensure precision and efficiency without compromising aesthetic value and structural strength.
Supported by its own production facilities and a skilled workforce of 50–100 personnel, CV. Alrattan has an annual production capacity of approximately 50 containers. Our products have been exported to various countries across Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.
Our commitment to quality is reflected in the careful selection of the finest rattan materials, a comprehensive quality control system at every stage of production, and the capability to develop customized designs based on client requirements. To ensure legality and sustainability, particularly for wooden products, CV. Alrattan is certified with SVLK.
As a second-generation family business, CV. Alrattan continues to grow by combining a heritage of traditional craftsmanship with a modern production approach, delivering high-quality furniture that meets international market standards.
